User Instructions

  1. Before starting (it is recommended to perform daily) make sure that the filters at the entrance to the system are clean and free.
  2. Before starting, make sure that the emulsion tank is full. If low, it is recommended to fill according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Assemble the cooling system on the machine according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Adjust the nozzle directly towards the working point so that the distance from the tip of the nozzle to the working point does not exceed 150 mm.
  5. Make sure the air hose is reinforced to the chain. Use nylon cables or alike.
  6. Make sure there are no unnecessarily open emulsion (or oil) passages.
  7. The larger the diameter of the chain, the smaller the pressure losses.
  8. It is recommended to assemble the system with as few parts as possible. For this purpose, parts with an integral extender can be used.
  9. Make sure the emulsion or oil temperature is cooled. Working with high temperature coolant is inefficient and impairs productivity and cutting quality.
  10. It is recommended to make an initial direction of the chain (semi tightening of the nuts) while the system is inside the machine and to make reinforcements (full tightening of the nuts) outside the machine.
  11. The nuts should be closed according to the torques recommended below.
  12. Focus the flowing center to the center of the metal cutting point of the most complex procedure.
  13. Make sure the air pressure works simultaneously with the oil pressure. The mechanical valve or any other pneumatic valve can be used.
  14. Initially, apply only the liquid (oil or emulsion) and adjust the nozzle so that a sharp and focused flow is obtained.
  15. In the second stage, activate the air pressure gradually, assuring the flow remains constant and does not dissipate.
  16. The scattering intensity of the flow can be controlled so that the cooling will respond to several machining tools, which are at different heights.
