Maintenance
- The system is very simple to operate and does not require much maintenance.
- If the system will be stored for a long time, it is recommended to clean the parts with clean water, dry them well and dip them in oil for long storage. The oiled parts should be placed in a cloth soaked in oil.
- At the beginning of each working day, it is recommended to clean the filters in the machine to prevent chips from penetrating the system and to allow a good flow of the coolant.
- If the nozzle is clogged, you can try and clean with a sharp pin.
- If the mechanical valve (activates the air pressure) does not close, open the outer lid and clean the space of chips.
