Safety Instructions

Work according to “user instructions”.
Do not exceed the set pressure range.
Do not exceed the set torque range.
Installation of electrical systems will be done by a qualified electrical technician.
Make sure there are no visible electrical wires in the work area.
The system should only be operated when the machine doors are closed.
Do not apply radial force to the chains. External radial load can cause irreversible damage.
The nozzle should be aimed only in the direction of the work point and never in the direction of humans.
Oils and emulsions should be used according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions only.
Make sure that all the threads are tightly closed according to the settings in the user instructions.
Do not work with damaged and cracked parts.
Only standard tools should be used.
Do not work on machines where there is no hermetic protection around including doors with armored windows.
The system must be serviced and cleaned to prevent blockages and internal stresses.
Only authorized machine operators are authorized to operate the system.
Do not place your hand or other organs in front of the system while in operation.
Before daily operation, inspect system parts status and perfection.
Avoid inhalation of the emulsion, oil or air during operation. Use a face mask while operation the system.
Follow general safety instructions while operating the system – use protecting glasses, work shoos and gloves.
