Selecting the right system

Size Selection
Series 09 and series 12 are suitable for the most of machines (milling machines, machine centers, grinding machines, etc.)
Series 03 and series 06 are suitable for Swiss Type machines and special machines with limited space.
2.
Machine Adaptor Selection
Measure the coolant connection thread inside the machine. All measurements are standard threads.
3.
Jet selection
Select the most suitable jet(s) for the application. JD type jets are Smartec’s patent pending technology.
4.
Chain Adaptor selection
Select the required chain adaptors per your machine. Each adaptor type is offered in three sizes, providing efficient and simple configurations. Types include straight (A), 45° angle (F), 90° angle (P), and T connector (T).
